  • Can all products be sent?

    Food, cosmetics, and clothing are all available
    Please contact customer service for special types of electronic products, beauty equipment, pharmaceuticals, medical equipment, etc.

  • Is it possible for items to be discarded during customs clearance?

    If there is no prior consultation with the person in charge (prohibited items/restricted items), it may be discarded

  • Does the price include duties/additional taxes?

    The unit price of air freight is the price including all costs. (Tariffs, domestic transportation costs in Taiwan, etc.)
    The additional tax is not included, and the tax bill will be issued as a logistics service fee.

  • Do I need to make additional packaging?

    The packaging of the safety box is free (the settlement amount includes the weight of the safety box)
    Products that are not packaged in a safety box will not be compensated.

  • How to confirm the arrival of the goods?

    The Korean warehouse will first check and pack the goods when they arrive, and they will be shipped to the airport the next morning. The airport will assign relative numbers to the items. After arriving in Taiwan, the courier companies in various regions can inquire about the item-related information through the customer service after arranging the shipment.
